The Wanda Diamond League has released a detailed summary of which disciplines will be staged at which meetings during the 2024 season with 14 disciplines confirmed for the London Athletics Meet on Saturday 20 July 2024.
In 2024, the world’s best athletes will once again take the stage in athletics’ premier one-day series, competing at 15 meetings across four different continents.
Athletes will compete for points in their chosen discipline at the 14 series meetings between April and September, with the most successful qualifying for the Wanda Diamond League Final in Brussels on September 13th-14th.
The women's events set to be staged in London are the 200m, 400m, 800m, 400m Hurdles, Pole Vault, Long,Jump and Javelin.
The men's events will include the 100m, 400m, 1 Mile (Emsley Carr), 3000m, 400m Hurdles, High Jump and Shot Put.
