The Müller Anniversary Games is one of the best athletics events in the world, and will play host to the superstars of the sport across the weekend of Saturday 20^th – Sunday 21^st July 2019 at the London Stadium.

The IAAF Diamond League meeting attracts the biggest names in athletics and was a key part of Usain Bolt’s season in 2015 and 2016, while British stars such as Sir Mo Farah, Laura Muir and Katarina Johnson-Thompson have all produced show-stopping performances at the prestigious series meeting.

Taking place during the height of summer in 2019, the meeting will see many of the world’s best go head-to-head across two scintillating days of action.

2018: A Re-cap…

The 2018 edition of The Müller Anniversary Games saw three world records, eight national records, five meeting records and six world leading times all set across two days of action.

Para stars Kare Adenegan and Sophie Hahn both broke world records in the space of ten minutes at the beginning of Sunday’s competition, while British race walker Tom Bosworth broke the 3000m race walk world record on Saturday.

Six men went below 10 seconds in a hotly-contested men’s 100m final, while world leading times were set in the men’s 800m, women’s 100m hurdles and men’s 4x100m relay.

World and Commonwealth champion Luvo Manyonga set a new stadium and meeting record in the men’s long jump; a competition which saw Olympic, world, European and Commonwealth champion Greg Rutherford compete in the London Stadium for the final time.

The Netherlands’ Sifan Hassan ran the third fastest mile ever in the first ever edition of the Millicent Fawcett Mile. Her world leading time of 4:14.71 was also a new Diamond League, meeting and national record.

Karsten Warholm and Abdalelah Haroun both set national records en-route to victories in the men’s 400m hurdles and 400m respectively.
