World, Commonwealth and European pole vault medallist Molly Caudery (GBR) is the latest big-name athlete to be confirmed for the London Athletics Meet on Saturday 20 July.
Caudery has enjoyed a meteoric 2024 so far, setting three personal bests on her journey to a world lead of 4.86m in Rouen, before storming to World Indoor Championships gold in Glasgow.
Her home success marked her maiden international title, with a terrific 4.85m enough to take top spot, and followed a Commonwealth Games silver from Birmingham 2022.
Caudery also entered the recent European Championships as a sure medal contender and reached the final with just one effort, before finishing third to add a bronze to her collection.
The London Athletics Meet – which will see the return of the world’s best athletes to the London Stadium following a record-breaking sell-out in 2023 – is the tenth meeting of the 2024 Wanda Diamond League series. It is the UK’s biggest one-day athletics event and takes place six days before the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, making it the perfect prelude to Paris.
Tickets to the 2024 London Athletics Meet start from £23 for adults, £5 for juniors and are on track to sell-out in record time. Secure your place to the world’s biggest one day athletics meet at https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/event/35005F106C4B097B
